Admission Process and Guidelines for Session 2024-2025

As per the New Education Policy (NEP) students will have to complete three years of Foundation Years - Nursery, LKG and UKG prior to class 1 and should complete 6 years of age.

Age Criteria

  1. For admission in class Nursery, student should be at least 3 years old as on 31st March 2024.

Foundation Years:- (5 Years) Ages 3 to 8 Years will cover 3 years of early education comprising Nursery, LKG & UKG along with 2 years of Classes I and II.

Preparatory Years:- (3 years) Ages 9 to 11 will cover classes III, IV and V.

Middle Years:- (3 years) Ages 12 to 14 will cover classes VI, VII and VIII.

Secondary Years:- (4 Years) Ages 15 to 18 will cover classes IX, X, XI and XII in two phases, IX and X in first phase and XI and XII in second phase.

Class Nursery / LKG / UKG

  • Registration forms are available from July every year for the upcoming session.
  • Age criteria: 3 years as on 31st March 2024 as per academic year in which the child joins the school. For instance - if we are talking of session 2024-25 commencing in April 2024, then the child should complete 3 years as on 31-03-2024.
  • Children along with their parents are called for Interaction.
  • The registration fee is non-refundable.

Class I – IX and XI

  • Registrations forms are available from September onwards for the upcoming session.

Admission Process

  • Online registration or Collection of the registration form can be done from the School reception.
  • After submission of duly filled form, for children below class I, informal interaction with the teachers will be carried out to understand the child's school readiness, developmental milestones, and special needs, if any. And from Class I, onwards there is a written test based on the general syllabus of that particular class.
  • Incomplete Registration Forms or those with incorrect information will automatically stand rejected.
  • Depending upon the availability of seats only the shortlisted candidates are called for the entrance test.
  • Based on the test results, parents are notified of the final meeting with the Principal or the Core Management team.
  • Once the admission is confirmed, school fees & required documents are to be submitted compulsorily.
  • Admission is decided purely on the child’s merit and availability of seats. The decision of the management will be final and binding.
  • The Management of the School reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate. (The selection procedure is designed by a committee and the selection of the candidate is taken care of by the Management).
  • The school does not accept any donations for admissions. Parents should beware of third parties making false claims of procuring admission and collecting money on behalf of the school. If they enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and the school shall not be responsible for it. The school will appreciate knowing if there is any such person or persons so that proper legal action can be taken against them.

List of documents required for admission

  • Aadhar Card (Student and Parents)
  • Birth Certificate- The Original Date of Birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or Registrar of Deaths and Births, along with a Photostat copy of the same must be submitted at the time of verification of the forms. (A photocopy attested by the Notary will not be accepted).
  • Address Proof
  • Vaccination Card/Medical fitness certificate
  • Photo ID proof of Father and Mother
  • Four passport size photographs of Student, Father & Mother
  • Two passport size photographs of Escort (if any)
  • Pass Report Card of previously attended classes (Last 3 years)
  • School Leaving Certificate (in original)
  • SC/ST/OBC certificate (*if applicable)
