This initiative aimed to provide firsthand insights into the working of the judiciary and foster a deeper understanding of legal rights and responsibilities among young minds.

Day 1: Orientation and Court Visit Initially, interns filled out and signed documents in the conference room before being led to the family court, which was bustling with activity. They observed a productive case. Moving to the civil court, they received insights from a forthright judge on judiciary functions and the symbolism of lawyers' attire. The head judge discussed future legal needs and highlighted interesting cases. They returned for refreshments and interacted with advocate Mr. Himalaya, who answered their questions throughout the day. Dismissed at 4:20 PM, they left with newfound enthusiasm and lasting memories.

The experts emphasized that bullying includes physical acts like hitting or pushing, as well as verbal abuse such as name-calling, teasing, and spreading rumors. Cyberbullying, which occurs on digital platforms, was also discussed, highlighting the increasing issue of online harassment.

Ms. Tyagi and Mr. Vaibhav discussed why bullying occurs, explaining that bullies often act out due to personal insecurities, past experiences of being bullied, or a lack of empathy. They stressed that bullying is not limited to specific individuals or groups and can affect anyone, regardless of gender or social status. The experts made it clear that bullying is never acceptable, as it can lead to serious emotional and psychological consequences for both the victim and the bully. The session aimed to help students recognize bullying in different forms and understand the harm it can cause, empowering them to act against it.

One of the session's key activities was “Letter to a Bully”, where students wrote letters expressing their feelings towards those who either bullied them or imagined a situation. This exercise encouraged self- reflection and helped students constructively process their emotions. The activity also aimed to foster empathy and turn negative situations into opportunities for positive change. Additionally, the experts introduced the idea of forming an Anti-Bullying Squad, encouraging students to take an active role in addressing bullying within their school by supporting victims, promoting kindness, and fostering a safe school environment. This squad would act as a proactive group to prevent bullying and ensure that every student feels respected and valued.

The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, where students shared their thoughts on how to stop bullying and how to handle bullies. The resource persons emphasized the importance of talking to trusted adults, such as parents and teachers, and reporting bullying incidents immediately. Students were encouraged to be proactive and work together to create a safer, more inclusive school community where kindness and respect prevail.

Overall, the internship workshop was incredibly informative, practical, and engaging. It has sparked my interest in pursuing further studies and projects in the field of AI and Python programming. I am thankful to the school and instructors for making complex topics easy to understand and enjoyable to learn. Thank you!

Empowering Minds, Enabling Change: NSFDC Internship Experience 2025–26

In a remarkable step toward experiential learning, the students of Ralli International School (Session 2025–26) participated in an insightful internship at the National Scheduled Castes Finance and Development Corporation (NSFDC), a premier organization under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.

Through this enriching program, students explored real-world applications of financial planning, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), and digital governance. They were introduced to various government schemes such as the VISWAS Yojana and SEED (Scheme for Economic Empowerment of De-notified Tribes) and gained hands-on experience through meaningful tasks like flyer creation for social initiatives, budget planning, and portal exploration. Mentorship from professionals like Mr. Amit Bhatia and Mr. Satish Thota made a lasting impression, guiding students through the inner workings of the organization—from the IT/MIS departments to the Finance and Development Divisions.

Each student walked away with a better understanding of the social responsibilities of government bodies and how systematic efforts can uplift communities through inclusive development. From learning the intricacies of schemes and law (Companies Act 2013) to engaging in discussions on skill development and financial inclusion, this internship sparked a sense of purpose and practical wisdom in the minds of our future changemakers.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to NSFDC for offering our students this incredible opportunity and for strengthening the bridge between classroom learning and real-world impact.
