Farewell Ceremony
HAPPY FAREWELL!
The farewell celebration for Class XII (Batch 23-24) at RALLI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL,
was a memorable event filled with laughter, tears, and nostalgia as students bid farewell to their
alma mater. The event took place in the school auditorium, adorned with banners and
decorations celebrating the achievements of the graduating class.
The celebration at RIS on February 13th, 2024, began with a solemn hawan ceremony led by
the esteemed Chairman sir, a revered figure within the school community. The presence of
Respected Principal ma’am & Respected Managing Trustee sir added a special significance to
the hawan, symbolising their blessings and best wishes for the departing batch as they
embarked on a new chapter in their lives. After the spiritual foundation for the farewell, there
was a beautiful lyrical tribute to the graduating class, filled with emotion and energy in the
form of a farewell song.
Respected Chairman sir addressed the gathered students and faculty with words of wisdom,
encouragement, and reflection. His speech likely touched upon various themes such as:
Gratitude, journey and future prospects emphasising the importance of resilience,
determination, and lifelong learning.
The farewell song and dance performance by Class 11 students was a fitting tribute to the
departing batch, leaving a lasting impression on everyone in attendance and contributing to the
warmth and poignancy of the farewell celebration. Their vibrant performance not only
showcased their artistic talents but also served as a poignant reminder of the special bond
shared among students at RIS. Following the heartfelt performance by Class 11 students, the
farewell celebration at RIS continued with the presentation of mementos by Respected
Principal ma’am & Managing Trustee sir, to the graduating batch. Each student received a
personalised memento as a token of appreciation for their contributions and achievements
during their time at the school.
Additionally, the ceremony included the recognition of the "Best Dress" award, honouring
Harsh Negi of XII C & Ashwika Singh of XII A1, who showcased exceptional style and
elegance on this special occasion. Following the memento presentation the atmosphere
transitioned into a lively jam session, inviting everyone to join in and dance. The DJ played a
mix of upbeat music, creating an infectious energy that filled the auditorium celebrating the
spirit of togetherness and joy.
The jam session provided a moment of collective celebration, breaking down barriers and
bringing people together in a shared expression of happiness and camaraderie. It served as a
fitting finale to the farewell celebration, leaving everyone with cherished memories of laughter,
music, and friendship as they bid farewell to the graduating batch and looked forward to the
future with hope and optimism.
The celebration culminated in a sumptuous lunch for all attendees. The lunch was a festive
affair, featuring a delectable spread of culinary delights, including a variety of cuisines to cater
to diverse tastes and preferences. As the programme drew to a close, there were hugs, tears,
and promises to stay in touch, underscoring the strong bonds forged within the RIS community.
The farewell celebration served as a poignant reminder of the cherished memories and lifelong
friendships formed during their time at the school, leaving everyone with fond memories to
